PANEER CHAMAN RECIPE | MINT ( पुदीने की पत्तियां ) PANEER RECIPE

Paneer Chaman is delicious and authentic dish with Mint and coriander flavour paneer. Paneer Chaman. is an amazing dish which is perfectly appropriate for any occasion.


INGREDIENTS TO MAKE PANEER CHAMAN

  • Paneer -850gm
  • Ghee -100gm
  • Ajwain -2gm
  • Cloves-5number
  • Onion paste 100gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 20gm
  • Curd 200gm
  • Salt
  • Milk Cream -100gm
  • Garam Masala 5gm

 

FOR CHAMAN PASTE

  • Coriander leaves 100 gm
  • Mint 30 gm ( पुदीने की पत्तियां )
  • Green Chilli 20gm

HOW TO MAKE PANEER CHAMAN

  1. Cut paneer into dices
  2. For chaman paste, Clean and wash coriander leaves and mint ( पुदीने की पत्तियां ) and green chilli  in a blender to make a fine Chaman paste
  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add ajwain and cloves, saute over medium heat until they begin to crackle
  4. Add onion paste and saute for 2 minutes
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for another 2 minutes
  6. Add the curd fry until curd leave the oil then add chaman paste and salt, stir well until the masala leaves the oil starts separating from the spices
  7. Add paneer to the masala and cook for 5 minutes
  8. Add Milk cream add garam masala
  9. Cook for 2 minutes and the Paneer Chaman dish is ready now transfer it to the dish.

 

Serve hot with roti or naan.
